1) Simple Elastic Theory

2) I. S Code Method

Simple Elastic THEORY

Ac=Area of concrete

Ast=Area of steel

Ae=Equivalent Concerte Area



Safe Load = Safe Stress in concrete × Equivalent Concrete Area

{Equivalent concrete area Ae= area of concrete+1.5×modular ratio×Area of steel}
